Havering Mind to hold their annual summer events this year.

Local mental health charity Havering Mind is delighted to see the return of their annual summer events: ‘The Essex Tribute Fest and Essex Family Fest’

The Essex Tribute Fest is an open-air concert which will take place in Harrow Lodge Park, Hornchurch on Saturday 14th August and will feature live tributes to:

Freddie Mercury, The Spice Girls, Bon Jovi and take that and will also feature special medley performances to the best music of the 80s and 90s!

The Essex Family Fest (formerly known as Wings & Wheels) takes place the next day on Sunday 15thAugust. The event has something for everyone – a car show, performances and shows throughout the day, a children’s fun fair, petting zoo and even dinosaurs!

It’s a great family day out.

Event Director Ciaran White said: “After two years away we are so excited to be holding these events once again this year! It’s been a long time coming and we are looking forward to putting on a great show for our guests. Hopefully many local people will come and have a great time whilst raising money for our charity!”

There will be various procedures implemented at the events to ensure the public feel safe whilst attending including spacing out of attractions and regular cleaning.

Tickets for both events are on sale now!

All money raised goes towards local mental health charity Havering Mind to help support their services to local people who are experiencing problems with their wellbeing.

Why do these events have the word Essex in their title when they’re being held in London by a London based organisation? These events have nothing to do with Essex.
