Dagenham And Rainham MP Secures Funding To Improve Heating At Will Perrin Court.
Well done to the Dagenham and Rainham Member of Parliament-Margaret Mullane who has secured funding for a Rainham hostel.
The Energy Minister has written to Margaret to let her know that the Government is to grant fund an uprating and improvement of the heating system at Will Perrin Court Guysfield Drive.
The Government is investing over £13.3 million nationally in improving the efficiency of heat networks. As part of this programme it is awarding Havering Council £17,000 to specifically deal with heating problems at Will Perrin Court.
Margaret told the Havering Daily: “This investment to upgrade the heat network system at Will Perrin Court will improve conditions for residents and will also cut bills for them and the Council.
This programme contributes directly to the Government achieving clean power by 2030.”
