Havering Police Stamping Down On Shoplifting.

Proactive Work by Havering officers across Hornchurch and Elm Park has seen four significant shoplifters arrested.

On 1 July- Elm Park Safer Neighbourhood Team arrested a shoplifter for theft from the local Co-op on Station Parade.

Also on 1 July-Elm Park Safer Neighbourhood Team along with Hylands SNT arrested another shoplifter on Hornchurch High Street.

On Friday 4 July, Elm Park Safer Neighbourhood Team arrested two shoplifters for theft from the Co-op on Mungo Park Road.

Officers have been working closely with councillors and retail outlets to stamp down on prolific offenders and reduce the levels of theft in the area.
