Lumiere Cinema To Host Special Charity Screening and Fundraiser in Support of Harold Hill Deer Aid Wildlife Rescue.

On Sunday, 13th September, Lumiere Cinema in Romford will open its doors for a dedicated charity evening to raise vital funds and awareness for Harold Hill Deer Aid Wildlife Rescue.

While the name suggests a focus solely on deer, Harold Hill Deer Aid is a vital frontline lifeline for all species of wildlife across the community. Whether rescuing animals trapped in fencing, tending to road casualties, or assisting injured wildlife across Essex and neighbouring areas, the dedicated team steps in wherever animals are in distress to give them a second chance at life. Following a significant increase in local wildlife and deer populations since 2020, the demand on the rescue’s resources has grown substantially.

To help the volunteer-led organization continue its crucial work, Lumiere Cinema is hosting a community evening featuring an exclusive advance screening, of an award winning documentary due for release later on this year, plus a fundraising raffle, and social gathering.

Event Highlights & Details:

• Date: Sunday, 13th September

• Venue: Lumiere Cinema, The Mercury Shopping Centre, Romford

• Bar & Social Gathering: The bar opens from 4:00 PM, running late until midnight. Guests are encouraged to arrive early, mingle, and meet the passionate team behind Harold Hill Deer Aid to learn more about their rescues and how the community can offer ongoing support.
