BREAKING:Fire Breaks Out in Rainham as 12 Fire Engines Rush to Scene
A fire has broken out on Berwick Pond Road in Rainham, with emergency services currently at the scene and the road closed as firefighters tackle the blaze.
Berwick Pond Road has been closed from the Hornchurch and Upminster end through to the Rainham entrance while crews deal with the incident.
The fire is believed to have escalated to a 12-pump response, with a significant number of London Fire Brigade crews in attendance.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area and seek alternative routes while the emergency operation continues.
