Council Leader Responds Fast As Engineers En Route Following Romford Sink Hole.
Havering Council Leader-Councillor Keith Prince has acted fast to send engineers to South Street in Romford following the opening up of a sink hole.
Police were called earlier to cordon off the area after a sink hole appeared in the middle of the road.
The busy junction near Romford station has seen buses on diversion due to the hole.
Engineers are now en route to asses the hole and resolve the situation.
