BREAKING: Man found unresponsive in Hornchurch.


A cordon is currently in place on a Hornchurch road after a man was found unresponsive yesterday afternoon.

The man in his 30s was found on Benets Road and was taken to hospital, but was sadly pronounced dead on arrival.

A spokesperson for the Met Police told the Havering Daily:

“At 16:57hrs on Wednesday, 24 April officers were called to Benets Road, Hornchurch with reports of a male in his 30s being found unresponsive.

London Ambulance Service attended.

He was pronounced dead on arrival

His next of kin have been informed and are being supported by specially trained officers.

His death is currently being treated as unexpected/unexplained and further enquiries are ongoing. “
