East Area Response officers move fast to apprehend thief who stole over a hundred pounds worth of meat.
Well done to Emergency Response officers and Town centre team officers who were quick to attend an emergency call following the theft over a hundred pounds worth of meat from the Co-op in Gidea Park.
The new Co-op on Main Road has sadly been the target of thieves who specifically steal meat to then sell on for financial gains.
Yesterday, Wednesday 15 June a call was put out to officers who attended within minutes and were quick to intervene and stop the theft from taking place.
Great work!
