Back Our Bobbies: Police appeal-do you recognise this man?
Police in Havering have launched an appeal to find a man following the theft of a bicycle. Officers would like to speak to the man in the photograph below after a bicycle was stolen in Balgores Lane, Romford.
Police were called at approximately 6.45 am on Thursday 8th of October by the owners of the bike.
