Chadwell Heath 18-Year-Old Admits Illegal Zombie Knife Import Offences
An 18-year-old from Chadwell Heath has admitted offences linked to the illegal importation of prohibited knives, with sentencing due next month.
Rayhan Rahman, 18, of Saville Road, Chadwell Heath, has pleaded guilty at Inner London Crown Court to offences relating to the fraudulent evasion of prohibitions on zombie knives and other prohibited weapons.
According to the Metropolitan Police, investigators intercepted a parcel addressed to Rahman which contained 10 zombie knives and 20 push daggers that were intended for resale.
Rahman pleaded guilty on 5 August 2026 to fraudulent evasion of a prohibition concerning zombie knives and push daggers.
He entered a further guilty plea on 10 September 2026 to being concerned in the fraudulent evasion of a prohibition concerning zombie knives and flick knives.
The case forms part of a wider Metropolitan Police investigation into the illegal importation and supply of prohibited weapons. Police said the wider investigation resulted in the interception of around 650 illegal knives.
Rahman has not yet been sentenced. He is due to return to Inner London Crown Court on 13 October 2026 for sentencing.
