Teenager stabbed in the head in Chadwell Heath.
A 19 year old man was taken to hospital after receiving a stab wound to the head. The incident happened just before 10pm yesterday on High Road, Chadwell Heath.
His injuries are not believed to be life threatening and he was subsequently arrested for possession of an offensive weapon.
A spokesperson for the Met Police told the Havering Daily:
“Police were called at 21:59hrs on Thursday, 2 March, to reports of a stabbing in High Road, Chadwell Heath.
“Officers attended along with the London Ambulance Service. A 19-year-old man was taken to hospital with a stab wound to his head. His condition was assessed as not life-threatening.
“He was subsequently arrested on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon.”
Enquiries to establish the circumstances are ongoing. Any witnesses are asked to call 101 quoting CAD 7563/02Mar.
