Havering Police are once again bringing their highly popular United in Football and Basketball programme to local young people this February half term. The initiative, led by Chief Inspector Routley and his dedicated local officers, has been a huge success since it launched two years ago, giving children and teenagers a safe and positive environment to get active, have fun, and meet others.
