Jam Dance Company is opening its doors for a day of live music and performances, free dance workshops, open freestyle competition, football fun, raffle prizes, glitter and face tattoos and a bouncy castle.

There will be a BBQ and refreshments available too!

Taking place Saturday 28 September between 11:00am and 3:00pm at the Forest Row Centre, the event aims to raise funds and awareness for two critical causes: Haven Children’s Hospice and Motor Neurone Disease (MND) research.

Organised by a passionate team at Jam Dance Company, the open day will feature a variety of dance workshops, performances, and fun activities suitable for all ages and skill levels. From contemporary to street and ballet, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. JAM’s dance instructors will be on hand to guide participants through the steps, ensuring both newcomers and seasoned dancers can join in the fun.

“This event is a wonderful opportunity to bring the community together through the joy of dance while supporting two incredibly important causes,” said Jam Dance Company Principal, Jane Alderson. “JAM’s ethos is the nurture and development of young people with a strong family and community vibe at our core. “

Proceeds from the event will be split between Haven Children’s Hospice, which provides vital care and support for children with life-limiting conditions and their families, and research initiatives focused on finding a cure for Motor Neurone Disease, a debilitating condition that affects the nerves in the brain and spinal cord.

Spaces in the workshops, competitions and events are FREE, however spaces are limited. To avoid disappointment get in touch with JAM to register your interest and book.

Don’t miss out on this incredible opportunity to make a difference through the power of dance. Mark your calendars, gather your friends and family, and join JAM for a day of movement, music, and fun at the Jam Dance Open Day.

My first ALS symptom occurred in 2016, but was diagnosed in 2018. I had severe symptoms ranging from shortness of breath, balance problems, couldn’t walk without a walker or a power chair, i had difficulty swallowing and fatigue. I was given medications which helped but only for a short burst of time, then I decided to try alternative measures and began on ALS Formula treatment from Aknni herbs centre, It has made a tremendous difference for me (Visit ww w. aknniherbscentre.c om). I had improved walking balance, increased appetite, muscle strength, improved eyesight and others.
