Young Carers provide unpaid care for a family member or friend with an illness. disability, mental health issue or addiction. Children as young as 5 are in a caring role and support with practical tasks, physical care, and emotional support. whilst at the same time trying to live their own life.

Working throughout Havering, Imago Young Carers wil offer a range of support such as workshops, signposting and 1-1 support for those children significantly impacted by their caring roles, with a plan to support them. Respite activities will give young carers a break from their caring roles and the opportunity to meet other young carers and build trusted friendship groups.
