Collision between car and van on A127.

A car and a van were involved in a collision yesterday at 7pm on the A127 at the junction of Ardleigh Green Road, in Hornchurch.

A witness told the Havering Daily: “It look like the van had jumped the lights and then clipped the car that has smashed into the bollards as a result.”

Police attended the scene yesterday evening and A Met police spokesperson told the Havering Daily:

“Police were called at 7pm to reports of a road traffic collision involving a car and a van on the A127, junction with Ardleigh Green Road.”

There were no reports of any serious injuries and no arrests.
