Police chase stolen and cloned vehicle across Romford.
On Monday night Havering Joint Task Force spotted and chased a cloned and stolen BMW X1 across Romford. The vehicle had been stolen the same day from the Essex area by burglary.
A male suspect was arrested in the Petite’s area of Romford after leaving the car. Police dog Carter also joined in and tracked down the suspect.
Great work by our local police. Cloned vehicles are common now, and false plates are used daily. Well done to our police for regular vehicle checks.
