Queen of crime Kimberley Chambers at the Liberty Centre.

Sunday Times number one best selling author, Kimberley Chambers visited Waterstones at the Liberty Centre on Saturday 25 of January.

The Queen of crime also known as the Eastend’s Shakespeare, Kimberley has once again come up trumps with her latest explosive book ‘Queenie’.

Author of eleven novels, including the hugely successful ‘Butlers Series’ and ‘The Mitchell/O’Hara Saga’, Kimberley Chambers is back within another gripping drama that is guaranteed to keep you up all night.

This latest addition to her collection crime novels follows the notorious Queenie as she navigates the world of gangsters during the 1930s and her ambitions to control the criminal underworld of the East End. 

Set in the gritty underworld of the East End and Essex, her distinctive literary style of humour when tackling the crime genre has helped her develop a loyal fan base.  

Her most recent book, ‘Life of Crime’ claimed the number one spot on the Sunday Times Bestsellers chart and subsequently spent weeks in the Top Ten following its release.
