Romford solicitors Mullis & Peake held a fantastic Winter Wonderland fundraiser this week and raised over £500 for the Sycamore Trust.  Mullis & Peake nominated the Autism charity, which runs the Autism Hub in the Liberty Shopping Centre, as their charity partner for 2019/2020 and have been fund raising throughout the year.

Winter Wonderland took place on the Fourth Floor at their headquarters in Eastern Road and visitors were greeted by a number of activities, including the chance to meet Santa himself, pin the nose on the reindeer and ice a gingerbread house.  It was a fantastic effort from Santa and his elves, who got behind the event with great enthusiasm.

Roisin McCorry, Head of Family Department, Mullis & Peake LLP Solicitors, said:

“Our Winter Wonderland event was a success because of the optimum effort of our whole team and their generosity. The positivity of the Family team spilled over into the guests at the event who also responded with generosity. We are delighted to be able to donate the proceeds to Sycamore Trust.”

Sycamore’s Steve Dixon attended the event and after making his way to the North Pole, he said:

“I was amazed at the effort that had gone into the event which was great fun. But best of all, I got to meet Santa!”
