Havering Council admit to technical error and apologise after entire car parks given parking fines despite residents payments.

On Friday 19 April, a council owned car park in Collier Row saw a parking warden ticket every vehicle in the car park with angry residents showing the warden that they had clearly paid. The warden once again stated ‘he didn’t care’ and that residents had to appeal.
