GLITZ AND GLAMOUR HITS ROMFORD AS STRICTLY STAR DANI DYER OPENS NEW PEACOCKS STORE
Romford enjoyed a touch of celebrity glamour yesterday as Strictly Come Dancing star Dani Dyer arrived at the Mercury Shopping Centre to officially open the brand-new Peacocks store, attracting queues of excited shoppers eager to meet her and grab a selfie.
The popular star was on hand to celebrate the opening of the new store, which is located on the first floor of the Mercury Shopping Centre.
Dani spoke to The Havering Daily about her new collection, revealing that designing clothes had always been something she was interested in.
Her latest collection brings together a stylish mix of pinks, sparkle, smart shirts and chic looks, offering shoppers the chance to add a little glamour to their wardrobes.
The opening attracted plenty of attention, with large queues forming as shoppers waited for the chance to meet Dani, have a quick chat and capture the moment with a photograph.
There was a real buzz around the store as visitors welcomed the arrival of Peacocks in Romford, giving shoppers another fashion destination right in the heart of the town.
Store manager Warren was also on hand to welcome customers and help make the opening a special occasion.
