POLICE SECURE THREE-MONTH CLOSURE ORDER ON ROMFORD PROPERTY AFTER ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR

Police have secured a three-month Closure Order on a property in The Rotunda, Yew Tree Gardens, Romford, following ongoing anti-social behaviour linked to the address.

Romford officers secured the order at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court on 2 October 2026, taking action after concerns about continued anti-social behaviour connected to the property.

The Closure Order means the property can now be closed for three months, preventing access during the period of the order.

The action is another example of officers using their powers to tackle persistent anti-social behaviour and protect local residents from continued disruption.

The order was secured following work by Romford Town Centre officers, who took the matter through the courts to bring the reported problems at the address to an end.
