He appeared at Barkingside Magistrate’s Court on 27 November and will next appear at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court on 4 December.

A 17-year-old was also arrested and charged with two burglaries and six attempted burglaries. He appeared at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court on 20 November. He has been bailed to appear at Stratford Magistrates’ Court on 23 January 2025.

Residents in the Rise Park area are urged to report any suspicious behaviour to police, including anything caught on doorbell footage.
