BREAKING: Reports of CS gas sprayed at Hornchurch Secondary School as emergency services rush to the site.

All three members of the emergency services rushed to Emerson Park School in Hornchurch yesterday (9 October) afternoon after reports of CS gas being found on the premises.

Police, Hazardous Response Teams from the London Ambulance and the London Fire Brigade all attended just after 2pm after reports of the gas being found in a classroom.

It is believed one adult and six pupils were treated at the scene.

Please note we are awaiting an update on this from the Met police and London Fire Brigade.
