Plane Crash In Upminster-Both Pilot And Passenger Survive.
Following the crash of a light aircraft this afternoon- we can now report that both the pilot and the passenger have both fortunately surivived.
It is believed the pilot has a broken rib and ankle, whilst the passenger has sustained facial injuries.
The crash has taken place just opposite Damyns Hall Aerodrome in Upminster.
The air ambulance has now left however, members of the emergency services are still at the scene.
There are no road closures in place.
