Update from Havering Council.
Due to the extreme hot weather Havering Council are closing Upminster, Hornchurch, Harold Hill, Romford and Rainham libraries Monday and Tuesday.
The community food shop located above Harold Hill library that is usually open on Tuesday will also be closed this week.
Please note waste collections are starting at 6am due to the extreme heat.
