BREAKING: Toddler missing from Dagenham home found dead in garden.

A two year old girl that was reported missing from her home in Dagenham has been found dead.

The toddler was believed to have gone missing from Reede Road, at 4pm on Saturday 29 of January and has since been found dead in the garden.

A spokesperson for the Met told the Havering Daily:

“Police attended an address in Reede Road, Barking after a two-year-old girl was reported missing around 16:00hrs on Saturday, 29 January.

The girl was found unresponsive in the garden at around 16:50hrs.

Despite the efforts of paramedics, she was pronounced dead at the scene.

Next of kin are aware.

The death is being treated as unexplained. A post-mortem examination will be held week commencing Monday, 31 January.

Enquiries are ongoing, led by the East Area Command Unit.”
