Firefighter hands out gifts to the elderly and vulnerable on Christmas day.
Tony Gladman and his hero colleagues donate gifts and receive free pizzas as a thank you from the community.
Well done to firefighter Tony Gladman and his family who have donated bags and bags of gifts to the elderly and most vulnerable in our community.
Tony from Hornchurch, spent Christmas eve and Christmas day visiting care homes, Tapestry, the Hornchurch based charity and women’s refuges to hand over presents he has collected, to put a smile on people’s faces.
Tony is a firefighter in Ilford and along side his colleagues, collected and wrapped many gifts to hand out over the festive period, something Tony has been doing for the last eight years.
To say thank you to Tony and his amazing colleagues, Ripu and Sunny from The Fat Pizza in Hornchurch, donated boxes of free pizza to the firefighters as a way to thank them for all their amazing community work.
Well done to Tony, his family, his colleagues and Ripu and Sunny at The Fat Pizza for being such fantastic community champions.
