BREAKING: Armed Police in Rainham.


Mungo Park Road was closed for a period of time just after 2 pm this afternoon following an incident that saw armed police arrive in Havering.

Locals reported seeing three men and a woman arrested by armed officers following reports of a man with a firearm.

A Met police spokesperson told the Havering Daily: “Police were called at 14:30 on Monday, 29 June to Mungo Park Road, Rainham to reports of a man with a firearm.

“Officers attended, including armed officers, and three men and a woman (no further details) were arrested on suspicion of possession of a firearm.

“No injuries were reported. Enquiries are ongoing and traffic is being diverted in the area. A crime scene is in place and police remain on scene.”

    so lockdown has eased…crime rate going up already…shame on all you that commit these things……..hope it never happens to your family..

    why oh why in any protest.get the water cannons on the scum…many people agree with this
