Havering ’90 Joggers Update
Havering ’90 Joggers had 30 members brave the third leg of the South Essex Cross Country League at One Tree Hill on Sunday, where there was more than one tree and most definitely more than one hill! The Joggers came 3rd in their division.
Christina Clementson, Joanne Reeves and James Blogg attended the Chase the Moon 5km at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford. Reeves and Blogg achieved 5km personal best times of 20:17 and 17:58 respectively, with Clementson achieving 22:28.
61 members attended six different parkruns, with 34 members attending Harrow Lodge and 21 attending Raphaels parkrun and one member running Clacton on Sea parkrun for the first time.
Members Daniel Elwood (17:36) and Keith Monaghan (28:37) both beat their best times at Raphaels and South Woodham Ferrers parkruns.
Members Sandra Dalton, Terry Dalton and Joaquin Polo all completed their 150th parkruns, members Sandra and Terry completed their 50th time volunteering and Mark Dalby his 100th time volunteering.

Havering ’90 Joggers meet on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7.15 pm for a 7.30 pm start time at the Abbs Cross Health & Fitness Centre in Abbs Cross Lane.
