70 year old robbed in Harold Wood.

Police are investigating after a 70-year-old woman was robbed in Harold Wood yesterday.

Police officers were called to attend Station Road in Harold Wood, at 15.16hrs on Thursday, 19 December.

A suspect on a push bike rode past the victim, pulled her to the ground and stole her handbag before leaving the scene.

The woman was injured during the incident and was taken to hospital, where her condition is not believed to be life threatening.

Her family have been informed.

No arrests have been made so far.
