‘Hope 4 Havering’s new shop today opened its doors in Romford.

The shop just opposite Lidl, is full of some very beautiful clothes handmade and designed by Larissa.

Hope 4 Havering is a charity that takes people off the streets of Havering. They are currently celebrating the 8th anniversary of the catalyst night shelter that provides essential food and shelter to over 1290 men and women but also houses 657 people.

Today Havering’s Deputy Lieutenant Mark Bryant officially opened the shop alongside CEO Kim Merry. Also present was Pete Wheelband from Romford Labour.

Mr Wheelband told the Havering Daily:

The Hope 4 Havering charity has been helping homeless people all across the borough for 8 years. It’s a wonderful organisation and I wish them well with their new venture.

I look forward to working with them in the new year and would encourage anybody thinking of helping out in some capacity to get in touch with their team.”
