For Jodie. Scouts walk in memory of murdered teenager.

Scouts across East London came together on Gooshays Green in Harold Hill this morning, ready to walk to Barking in memory of Jodie.

The walk that started just near where Jodie Chesney was murdered at Amy’s park in St Neots Road earlier in the year, was finishing in her home town.

The scouts are also raising awareness of the importance of first aid training and were raising money on route to help train more people to know how to deal with knife wounds.

Local Harold Hill councillors Jan Sargent, Paul MGeary and Tele Lawal were present at the event to show their support to the scouts and the Jodie Chesney Foundation.
