‘Very distressing’-Residents anger over dead deer left in children’s play area by council.
Residents who walk their dogs in Raphaels Park in Romford were very distressed to see a dead deer lying in the children’s play area in the morning. It was reported to council staff at 5.30am and was still in the park at 11 am.
