Crow Lane residents are demanding urgent action over an uneven footpath that is believed to have seen numerous residents fall – including a shocking incident last week where a disabled woman in a wheelchair is believed to have toppled over.
Jerome Constance, 43 was arrested and charged with numerous shoplifting offences committed in Dagenham in 2024. Constance is a prolific offender in the area with a long history of theft related offences. Officers worked with partners and the community to identify him as a key offender in the area.
