Havering approve their ‘most difficult’ budget in Council history.
Havering Council has approved the 2024/2025 budget.This has been labelled the most difficult budget in the Council’s history, after the Government confirmed it was minded to grant an in principle approval for the Council’s Capitalisation Direction.
