A festive quiz night on December 13 at the Romford British Legion raised £420 for Christmas hampers for local emergency services, acknowledging their hard work. Organised by Karen and Rob Chesney, hampers were delivered on Christmas Eve to ambulance and police services, with fire brigade handling theirs later. Thanks were extended to participants.
