Five people in Cambridge have been found guilty of burglary and are now awaiting sentencing, following the removal of eighteen beagles from a lab where animals are used for testing purposes. Under UK law, animals used in scientific research are considered property, meaning the removal constituted burglary.
Harold Hill Deer Aid are a team of truly outstanding volunteers and a vital asset to our community. Yesterday, the team, led by Shantel, saved the life of a beautiful little fox who had his head trapped in a tiny gap. Even Essex Wildlife Hospital cannot believe the poor little soul is still alive.

A New Beginning is a group covering Havering, that has been recently set up by a group of dedicated volunteers. The volunteers have been looking after cats and kittens for decades between them and are dedicated cat and kitten rescuers.
