Criminal Behaviour Order Issued In Collier Row to Repeat Offender Following Proactive Police Work
Good work by local police officers has resulted in a three-year Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) being granted against repeat offender Scott Allen, following proactive action by the Collier Row Safer Neighbourhood Team to tackle persistent anti-social behaviour in the area.
Allen was identified repeatedly causing antisocial behaviour at the A12 junction with Mawneys Road, where he approached vehicles asking for money from members of the public. His behaviour also resulted in litter and waste being left at the location, negatively impacting the local area.
