Boots Unveils Stunning New Look at Romford’s Liberty Shopping Centre

Shoppers in Romford can now enjoy a completely revamped Boots store after the retailer unveiled a major makeover at its Liberty Shopping Centre branch, bringing a host of new beauty brands and expanded healthcare services to the town.

The newly refurbished Boots Romford The Liberty has been transformed to offer customers a more modern shopping experience, with an upgraded beauty hall, enhanced pharmacy services and new private healthcare facilities all under one roof.

Beauty enthusiasts will be able to browse a range of exciting new premium brands making their debut in the store, including Laneige, Supergoop, Innisfree and Neom, alongside expanded ranges from popular favourites such as Sol de Janeiro and The Ordinary.

Customers will also continue to find Boots favourites including No7, Liz Earle, Soap & Glory and Boots’ own-brand products.

The refurbishment has also seen the healthcare area significantly improved, making it easier for customers to access advice and services on the high street.

Two new private consultation rooms have been added, allowing customers to book services including flu vaccinations, travel vaccinations and blood pressure checks.

The store also now features a Bupa Private GP consultation room, offering both pre-booked appointments and walk-in consultations, giving local residents greater access to private healthcare.

In addition, customers can visit the new World of Hearing Centre, where qualified audiologists provide hearing tests, expert advice and hearing aid fittings.

Salman Siddiqui, Store Manager at Boots Romford The Liberty, said:

“We’re so pleased to introduce our new, modernised store to customers in Romford. With the refurbishment, we’re able to offer an even better shopping experience, with more premium beauty brands than ever before.

“Our enhanced healthcare offering is also designed to better support our customers at every stage of life. With new private consultation rooms, access to a Bupa GP service, and our dedicated World of Hearing Centre, customers can benefit from expert advice and convenient services all under one roof.

“We’re proud to bring these improvements to our community and look forward to welcoming customers into the new space.”

The refurbished store is staffed by a team of health and beauty specialists, including three pharmacists, 12 Boots Beauty Specialists, five No7 Beauty Advisors and two Pharmacy Technicians, ensuring customers have access to expert advice across both beauty and healthcare.

The investment forms part of Boots’ wider programme to modernise its flagship health and beauty stores across the UK, bringing an improved shopping experience and expanded healthcare services to communities nation.
