One Month To Go Until Essex Summer Fest Returns To Hornchurch!

The countdown is officially on, with just one month to go until Essex Summer Fest returns to Harrow Lodge Park in Hornchurch for what promises to be one of the biggest family events of the summer.

Taking place on Sunday 12 July and organised by Ciaran and the team at Havering Mind, the popular festival is set to bring a packed programme of entertainment, live music, family attractions and activities for visitors of all ages.

This year’s event promises to be bigger, brighter and more exciting than ever before, with a festival-style production that children are guaranteed to love. Expect confetti, bubbles, foam parties and plenty of surprises throughout the day.

Music fans are in for a treat with a packed Main Stage featuring tribute performances celebrating some of the world’s biggest stars including K POP Demon Hunters, Taylor Swift, Harry Styles, Sabrina Carpenter, Charli XCX, Ariana Grande and Chappell Roan.

For rock music lovers, the dedicated Rock Stage will showcase some of Essex’s top rock cover bands including Expose, Blue Mantis, Born Wild and Half Stoned Band, with more acts set to perform throughout the day.

Children will have plenty to keep them entertained in the Kids Tent, where a fantastic programme of shows and entertainment will be running all day. Popular performers including Party Monsters, Jelly Jade, AJ and Science Dude will be bringing magic, fun and laughter to young festivalgoers.

There will also be family shows taking place throughout the day, including live wrestling, the ever-popular Dinomania dinosaur show, Punch and Judy and much more.

Animal lovers are sure to enjoy the family attractions on offer, which include a petting zoo, reptiles, birds of prey, circus skills and a range of interactive experiences.

For those looking for even more excitement, there will be a funfair on site, including a wristband inflatable zone packed with activities for energetic youngsters.

Visitors will also be able to enjoy a wide range of food vendors and bar facilities throughout the day.

Importantly, all shows and performances are included within the ticket price, giving families a full day of entertainment and activities. Funfair rides and inflatables are charged separately.

Essex Summer Fest has become one of Havering’s most popular community events, bringing together families from across the borough and beyond for a day of fun, laughter and unforgettable memories.

With just one month to go, organisers at Havering Mind are encouraging residents to secure their tickets and get ready for what promises to be an amazing summer day out in the heart of Hornchurch.
