“We Are Working Hard To Make High Streets And Town Centres Safe Places To Work And Visit By Targeting Those Who Repeatedly Offend And Cause Anti Social Behaviour”-Chief Inspector Routley.
Following the imprisonment of prolific Havering thief Keith Sears, Neighbourhoods Chief Inspector Charlie Routley told the Havering Daily:
“This result is an example of some of the work our neighbourhood police officers are doing every week – working with key partners to resolve issues in the community.
The sentence handed down to Keith Sear is significant and very much welcomed by the local community in Elm Park. We are working hard to make high streets and town centres safe places to work and visit by targeting those who repeatedly offend and cause anti social behaviour.
This outcome is another successful result for the ‘Havering Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) Panel’ reflecting the hard work and dedication of our partners in Havering Council and neighbourhood police officers.
We will continue to utilise Criminal Behaviour Orders to target and disrupt those committing criminal offences within our communities. The message is clear. Your actions will not be tolerated”.
