Exciting News! Tapestry’s Broadway HüB is Coming to Rainham in Spring 2025!

Tapestry is pleased to announce the opening of its brand-new Broadway HüB in Rainham in Spring 2025.

Located on the first floor of Rainham Library (Celtic Farm Road), the HüB will provide a safe, inclusive, and welcoming space for older adults, carers, and families.

With a team of experienced and friendly staff, Tapestry is committed to delivering personalised care and support that enables people to live independently, safely, and with dignity. A variety of activities and services will be offered to promote health, happiness, and social connection.

Main Services

Day-Centre Support: Personalised Care and Social Connection

The day-centre services will provide stimulating activities and tailored care packages designed around each individual’s needs and preferences. Whether through social interaction, physical activity, or access to professional support, the centre aims to make everyday life easier for service users and their support networks.

The focus is on fostering independence, safety, and social engagement through personalised care.

Hot Food Delivery: Fresh, Nutritious Meals at Home

Tapestry’s Hot Food Delivery Service will offer freshly prepared two-course meals (main and dessert), cooked daily and delivered directly to customers’ homes. Meals will be personalised to dietary requirements and delivered by trained, DBS-checked staff and volunteers.

This affordable and convenient service starts at £8.65. Please note: Due to rising living costs, prices will increase to £11.40 from 1st April 2025. This service ensures access to nutritious meals without the hassle of cooking.

Foot Care Clinics: Stay Comfortable and Confident on Your Feet

Maintaining foot health is essential for mobility and preventing discomfort or falls. Tapestry’s professional foot care clinics will offer both basic services, such as toenail cutting and general advice, as well as enhanced treatments for conditions like bunions, athlete’s foot, and ingrowing toenails.

Appointments will be available at the Hornchurch clinic, where services will be provided in a friendly and professional environment tailored to individual needs.
