Time FM And Romford BID Kick Off Their Egg-Citing ‘Be A Good Egg’ Appeal.
Romford BID is thrilled to announce the return of Time FM’s annual “Be A Good Egg” appeal, a heartwarming initiative designed to collect Easter eggs for local families in need.
After an overwhelming response last year – where a fantastic 1,900 eggs were donated and £930 raised via the Go Fund Me page – this year’s goal is to surpass that target and make Easter 2025 even sweeter for more children in the Romford community.
Donors can drop off their chocolate eggs at Time FM’s studios in the Liberty Shopping Centre or at Clarkes Carpets & Flooring in Roneo Corner. Alternatively, people can contribute to the appeal through the Go Fund Me page https://gofund.me/9d710c61 and Romford BID and Time FM will purchase the eggs on their behalf.
Julie Frost Romford BID Director said: “We’ve witnessed the incredible generosity of our community, and while it’s a big ask, it would be amazing if we could surpass last year’s donations. Let’s work together to make this Easter unforgettable for local children, giving them a holiday filled with joy and plenty of chocolate.”
Mark Dover at Time FM said: “Every year, we reach out to our listeners to help brighten the Easter season for children who might not otherwise get to experience it. Your donation, no matter how big or small, can bring a smile to a child’s face and help make their Easter a little more magical. We’re excited to see how our community can come together again to make this year’s appeal a success.”
