Conditions of Community Behaviour Order ( CBO ) – Robert GAVILLET
Not to attend Millard Terrace, Dagenham and Merrielands Retail Park as shown in excluded zone maps (Heathway) and (Merrielands) other than in a moving mode of transport provided by TFL or private hire vehicle or for pre-arranged medical/legal/CGL appointment.
Police Constable Thompson from the Heathway team said:
“Gavillet was sentenced following the relentless dedication from the Heathway Team, Project ADDER , local Safer Neighbourhood officers and LBBD, following CBO panel meetings. A Criminal Behaviour Order will aim to prevent him from offending in this area for the next 3 years. We are working closely with our partners in the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham to secure Criminal Behaviour Orders. I hope this comes as a relief to the shops and workers who have been impacted.”
