Fantastic Community Morning Held At Rainham Tesco.
Another fantastic community morning was held at Rainham Tesco Yesterday, 29 January, organised by Sue Ospreay.
The special mornings are held on the last Tuesday of each month and sees local organisations attend to come and engage with customers and talk about the work going on across the borough.
Yesterday, the ladies from the animal charity Pippa’s Army joined the community morning. The ladies spoke to endless customers about the life saving animal rescue work they do across Havering and parts of Essex. Locals were able to learn more and even look into adopting pets that need a new home.
Also present were two amazing firefighters from Wennington station. Debbie and Dave were able to chat to shoppers about the endless community work the brigade does across Havering and give very helpful tips about home safety.
These morning are organised by Sue Ospreay. Having met with police officers last year Sue organised these community mornings to help with public engagement for them, unfortunately no police officers were able to attend yesterday.
Well done to Sue for another fantastic morning!
