Special Christmas Party Held At Rainham Library.

Havering’s lead nutritionist Sharon Adkins held a special Christmas get together at Rainham library on Wednesday 18 December.

Sharon runs regular sessions at the library alongside the Food Pantry, supporting the community with any dietary issues or health concerns they may have. She works closely with the NHS and has helped many not only in Havering, but right across London.

The sessions are held every Wednesday from 10-11 am, giving residents the chance to discuss dietary concerns with Havering’s number one nutritionist.

A special Christmas party was held with the local community who had the opportunity to have a cup of tea and a homemade mince pie!
