Officers from South Hornchurch and Beam Park yesterday cracked down on the use of nitrous oxide and anti social behaviour.

The officers had been approached by residents with concerns over the use of nitrous oxide and drugs in the area.

Police listened to resident’s concerns and were able to remove a large quantity off our streets.

A vehicle was stopped and inside officers found 18 nitrous oxide canisters. The suspects were handed out a street caution and the officers continue to tackle the ongoing anti social behaviour in the area.
