VIDEO: Harrow Lodge car park flooded once again.

Video footage taken by a drone thanks to local photographer Peter Barrett shows the extent of the flooding at the car park in Harrow Lodge Park. The car park that is situated along Warren Drive, Elm Park, started to be flooded earlier this week and has progressively built up as the area experiences heavy downpours.

Following a week of showers that have been particularly heavy, the water is now making its way into the river and leaving the car park badly flooded.

Havering Council and the three local ward councillors for the Councillor Barry Mugglestone, Stephanie Nunn and Julie Wilkes have been working daily to help resolve this ongoing situation.
