New City College students make fantastic new train for Rainham display.

Students and teachers at the New City College Campus in Rainham have proudly made an amazing new steam train for the display outside of Tesco (Rainham) that they presented to Councillor Sue Ospreay on Friday 20 September.

The team at the college had approached Councillor Ospreay to see if she would like a new train made by their carpentry students to replace the old one. Councillor Ospreay jumped at the opportunity and on Friday, gratefully received the amazing new engine!

Well done to teacher Steven Weatherley and his team of students who have done an incredible job.
