Sue Hedges from the Ricky Hayden Memorial has thanked Southend business Superguttervac, for the funding they have given that has allowed her to donate another vital life saving Daniel Baird bleed kit to Hilldene shopping centre.

Sue joined forces with Steve from Superguttervac, Harold Hill community champion Simon Ford and Billy the butcher yesterday to thank them for their support in the battle to stop knife crime.

The Daniel Baird bleed bag is being stored at Paul’s Deli and Butchery at the Hilldene shops.

Sue told the Havering Daily: “We know these Daniel Baird bleed bags are vital life saving tools so I am very thankful to have received funding that allows the Ricky Hayden Memorial to donate a bag in Hilldene.

“Thank you to Billy at the butcher’s for having the bag and to Simon for his continued support across the local area.”
